HOW TO PURCHASE PASSES AND EXTRAS?
- In order to purchase any product you need to create a customer account in our shop. It is essential that you put in your correct data (full name; birthdate) according to your identification.
- If you're under 14 you need to be accompanied by a parent/legal guard. You need to purchase a parent/legal guard pass for him/her with your account.
- This pass also applies for accompanies of disabled persons.
- It is mandatory to purchase a pass before purchasing extras. If you don't have a pass for the event you won't be granted access and the extras are without value.
- All passes can be purchased in three instalments. The second and third instalment must be payed within 30-60 days after the first instalment.
- Most of the extras will be on sale in two batches. The first batch shortly after the guest announcement and the second one once the guest line-up is closed. You can find the dates in the sale calendar.
- All extras are subject to availability. You can purchase them as long as they are in stock. Once they're sold out, they're sold out.
- Please stay fair and pay attention to limitations.
- In the unfortunate case a guest has to cancel his/her attendance you'll get the refund of your purchased extras within a month.
- The deadline to change the pass owner's name or personalized extras (ONLY in case you can't attend anymore) is one month before the event.
